Scenario Thinking in Decision Analysis

An introduction to the principles of dealing with risk and uncertainty, given long timelines, high costs and low success rates in R&D. Particular attention is paid to resolutely generating differentiating profiles for projects under development and markets experiencing changes. The use of these scenarios in decision trees, sales forecasting, valuation and ultimately portfolio analysis are introduced in the depth and detail required for the particular audience.
